What is included in the hourly rate?
Core studio space, access to bathrooms, Wi‑Fi, HVAC, basic grip (apple boxes, sandbags, stands), and standard power. Specialty equipment and consumables are add-ons.
How do I book and pay?
Select a studio in the catalog, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major cards and ACH via secure providers. Invoices are available for productions with POs.
Can I hold a tentative date?
We offer soft holds for up to 48 hours when availability allows. Conflicts are resolved on a first-to-confirm basis.
What about sound?
Studios are sound-conscious with layered insulation and sealed doors. They are not full isolation booths, but they significantly reduce ambient noise for typical stills and small crew video.
Do you have blackout capability?
Yes. Blackout drapes or panels are available in most rooms. Check the catalog detail for each studio.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before the booking, 50% within 3–7 days, and non-refundable within 72 hours of the start time. Rescheduling is free when the new date is available.
Is there a freight elevator and load‑in support?
Most locations include weekday freight. Weekend freight must be pre-arranged. Our team can assist with dock scheduling and COI requirements.
Do you allow pets or live props?
Yes with prior approval and a dedicated handler. Additional cleaning fees may apply based on the scope of work.
Can we paint the cyc?
Yes. Fresh white is available as an add-on. Custom colors can be quoted; repainting to white is required post-shoot.
